EPE Backing Rod: Long-lasting sun and water resistance, especially suitable for regions with simultaneous heat and rain.
The "Technical Specification for Application of Sealant in Building Joints" clearly states that in traditional window installation processes, the sealant adheres to the wall and window frame on three sides, limiting the sealant's ability to deform. Under sun exposure, the sealant may crack and leak due to thermal expansion and contraction. To completely solve the three-side adhesion problem, we introduced a higher standard from the construction industry and took the lead in applying a new material — the EPE backing rod — to window and door installation and delivery. This new material helps the sealant form a strong two-sided structure, preventing cracking and water seepage caused by heavy rain, sun exposure, and temperature changes.

We took the lead in applying a self-adjusting waterproof membrane, the same material used in premium (over 10,000 yuan) outdoor jackets, to window and door installation and delivery. This polymer material covers the windows and doors, making them waterproof, breathable, and "living." On rainy days, it blocks moisture from penetrating indoors, preventing wall mold; on sunny days, it efficiently exchanges air and expels humidity. Particularly suitable for climate regions with high air humidity requiring strong moisture protection.
Energy-Efficient Auxiliary Frame: An energy-saving partner for large residences, fully applicable to a wide range of extreme climates.
Pre-compressed expanding foam provides high-performance, all-weather, self-adjusting sealing, effectively preventing rainwater or other liquids from entering the window and door structure, achieving waterproof and thermal insulation effects. The energy-efficient auxiliary frame further enhances the airtightness of windows and doors, preventing air leakage and water seepage during use, thereby achieving energy-saving and thermal insulation. Its exceptional resistance to heavy rain, sun exposure, and temperature extremes makes it adaptable from tropical to polar regions, enabling effective energy savings even for large residential units and high-rise buildings.
